For a year and a half, our family navigated all the hurdles of remote care coordination for my mother with dementia. We faced the full reality: crumpled pharmacy receipts, photos of error-prone notebook pages, misplaced documents, searching through past chat logs for lost details, having no single source of truth, anxiety over missed medications or meals, daily care logistics, and communication barriers with our wonderful caregiver.
We needed a simple solution right where we already communicated — inside our everyday messenger — to transform a chaotic stream of messages into an organized, controllable system.
That is how the first version was built for our own family. Now, we want to make it available to all families managing remote care for their loved ones.
